Hi, I’m Allan Short and I love being in the outdoors! I like to think of myself as a bit of an amateur outdoorsman and conservationist. Honestly though, I just like to be outside as much as possible, whenever possible, especially if there’s a canoe involved!
Sometimes I tell people there’s no such thing as bad weather, just inadequate gear choices.
I also am involved with local Scouts units serving as a merit badge counselor and Scoutmaster of Troop 671 Wildwood.
